My brother Anthony Pete told me that people need to understand that "Race" is a fiction. The
fact is, there is only one race as far as people, and that is the "Human" race. Our differences are no more than
what you find in the common house cat that can vary in the color, texture,
and patterns of its fur. If we were truly of different races, the way some people seem to think of the term, the we would
not be able to procreate, or the offspring would be sterile. We can't seem to put our differences aside, though, because
it is the natural tendency of humans to form cliques in order to protect what they deem to be their way of life. Fear motivates
hatred, and hatred foster's racism. Unfortunately, the only times when humans are able to put aside their petty notions
of race and the percieved differences between white, black, yellow, red and brown, is during times of great calamity. One
day, we will all have to come together against a common threat that will face all humans. Whether that threat be from a truly
different race of beings, or from some natural calamity, I believe our survival as the human race will depend on it.

It is $200.00 for the intial consultation.
Since the election of President Obama, proving employment discrimination
will be more difficult, unless you are a victim of reverse discrimination, or unequal pay for women. In any case
discrimination cases will be on the rise as America discharges and rehires employees.
In any event you need to
have an attorney by your side from the inception of your first encounter of intentional discrimination until the resolution
of your claim. An Attorney will help you to file your EEOC papers and go to mediation with you.
If
you believe that you have been discriminated against because of the color of your skin, age, or your gender, contact me before
you complain to your employer. This includes if you have been a victim of sexual harrassment, unwanted physical
contact, and unequal pay. Time is of the essense and we need to gather evidence to help your case while we
can.
Sexism,
a term coined in the mid-20th century,[1] refers to the belief or attitude that one gender or sex is inferior to, less competent, or less valuable
than the other. It can also refer to hatred of, or prejudice towards, either sex as a whole (see misogyny and misandry), or the application of stereotypes of masculinity in relation to men, or of femininity in relation to women.[2] It is also called male and female chauvinism. Historically and across many cultures, sexism
has resulted in the subjugation of women to men. Many men and women espousing feminism, masculism and other ideologies have worked toward dispelling
sexist beliefs.
Racism is
the belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits
and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.[1] In the case of institutional racism, certain racial groups may be denied rights
or benefits, or get preferential treatment, while reverse racism favors members of a historically disadvantaged
group at the expense of those of a historically advantaged group.

Georgia citizens have a right to be free of employment discrimination,
sexual harrassment, and unequal pay violations. I can help you remedy a violation of your rights by seeking
compensation through mediation, settlement, or trial.
Even if you do not want to bring an action of employment
discrimination, you can help others by sending us an email if you are a victim of, were a victim of, or a witness to employment
discrimination. Please email AttyMikePete@aol.com .
Usually employment discrimination has to result in someone being hired, fired, promoted, demoted, or
failed to be considered for promotion or hiring on the basis of race, sex, naional origin or disability. However, anything
that makes you feel inhuman may qualify.
Sexual harrassment has to be a quid pro quo, you do this for
me and I will do this for you type of a thing. If enough people complain about a company, you might find out that
you are not alone, and you will be invited to join a lawsuit already in progress.

Kennesaw settles race bias lawsuit: Plaintiffs will receive $1.8 million; city does not admit wrongdoing.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Kennesaw has settled a racial harassment lawsuit filed by two city employees and a former
worker for $1.8 million, according to documents obtained under Georgia’s Open Records Act.
Of that amount, $800,000 came from city taxpayer funds and the
rest was to come from the city’s insurer, said City Attorney Randall Bentley. The three plaintiffs will split
just over $1 million from the settlement. The rest will go to the law firm that represented them — Buckley & Klein
LLP — to pay for legal costs. Mayor Mark Mathews, who signed the settlement in July, declined to comment, citing
a section of the 28-page document that requires confidentiality. Ed Buckley, who represented the plaintiffs in the lawsuit,
said his clients also did not wish to comment. The city did not admit wrongdoing as part of the settlement, which requires
the lawsuit to be dismissed.
Filed in March in U.S. District Court, Atlanta, the suit detailed racist e-mails
circulated among city workers and a pattern of racial insensitivity in the city’s Public Works Department. John
Dowdy, who was a defendant in the suit and who was accused of writing some of the racially disparaging e-mails while he served
on Kennesaw’s City Council, resigned from the council after the lawsuit was filed.
